BLENDED TRAINING

Blended training is a training method that we use both outbound and classroom training. When it is required to discuss the theories in detail and to give an experience where the staff can understand the application of the discussed theories in the practical manner. These types of training is required to have a longer training time, a minimum of two days and it can be even longer.

The advantages of blended training are;

  • This training can tackle the theories of the HR / Management functions and a further understanding with the practical application.
  • Planning sessions and debriefing sessions can be more effective with use of digital training aids.
  • Technical training sessions can be conducted very effective manner.
  • A complete longer session of training can be applied with this method where the staff will attend the training once or twice a month and they carry the knowledge with them back to the office floor and during the next session, they discuss the experience of the knowledge application at a brain-storming session.
