The Wave was established in 2013 aiming to provide the world class training solutions to the private sector as well as to the state owned enterprises. It provides the total corporate training packages as well as the English language skill development programs.
We are specialist in In-house Training, Outbound Training and Blended Training. Our lead trainers, supportive trainers, facilitators and the demonstrators are academically fully qualified, local and overseas experienced and have the proven track records in their specialized areas.
Our specialty is that we are capable of designing the most effective and result oriented training programs based on your training requirements and the training needs analysis. Together with the Human Resources and Training Departments we design and fine tune the programs to suit the mission and the culture of your organization. With our main training program we provide 1-2 follow up training programs within 30 – 90 day period to make sure your expected learning outcome is achieved. This supportive sessions are complimentary and have no extra cost. In addition to that we provide you with a 365 day access to discuss and resolve any related performance and behavioral matters which related to the trained staff.
We have partnered with top rated USA and UK organizations to carry out many types of psychometric and aptitude assessments. These assessments can be used at different requirements and occasions. Some of them help you to get a predictive assessments in order to do higher quality recruitments while the others will provide you with the skills and the gaps of your employees in order to understand and maximize their skills and competencies.
We have currently signed location contracts with partners in Dambulla, Kithulgala, Moratuwa, Kaluaggala, Kalutara and Meemure as locations for our outbound training. All these locations are with the best possible facilities and will provide your staff with a unique and memorable experience.
